He continued to attend master classes with Brouwer and the Assad brothers, and is currently active as a composer and music writer in addition to being a guitarist. Viegas is known as a Villa-Lobos specialist, and this is his long-awaited album. The album includes the masterpieces \"Twelve Exercises\" and \"Five Preludes,\" both of which are marveled at for their vivid fingerings, as well as the recently discovered \"Waltz No. 2 for Concert\" and \"Waltz-Schoro. The \"Waltz-Shorro\" was originally written as the third piece of the \"Suite of Brazilian Folk Songs,\" but was replaced by a different piece of the same name in the final version.Concert Waltz No. 2\" is an unfinished work that pianist\/composer Amarau Vieira discovered by chance in a bookstore in São Paulo and was completed by Mickael Viegas. It is a must-listen.
