Description:
A collection of piano works by Italian composer Paolo Ugoletti (b.1956). After receiving musical instruction from his mother, Ugolletti studied at a local conservatory, then studied composition at the Conservatory of Chigiana. In 1987, he became composer-in-residence at the University of Santa Cruz, California, where he was influenced by the music of Arvo Pärt, John Adams, and Keith Jarrett. In 2002, he completed "Lacrimosa" from Mozart's "Requiem" and composed "Amen". Tokyo M-Plus
