The first solo piano album by Shino Takizawa, the Vienna State Ballet's resident pianist. This is a collection of piano pieces that includes the uncut ballet pieces included as bonus tracks on the previously released CD, as well as six additional pieces that have not been recorded. This is a luxurious album that allows you to enjoy ballet music on piano performed by one of the best ballet pianists of our time, Shino Takizawa. ＜Shino Takizawa is the resident pianist of the Vienna State Opera and Ballet. Born in Osaka. Graduated from Toho Gakuen Junior College with a major in piano, and completed a major in piano at the same college. She has been involved in opera and ballet accompaniment since she was a student, and aspires to become a chorepetist in the performing arts. After working as a contract pianist for the New National Ballet, she became an exclusive pianist for the Vienna State Ballet in 2011. As a soloist, she has performed Bach's Piano Concerto No. 3, Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23, and Grieg's Piano Concerto, among others, at ballet and gala performances at the Vienna State Opera. She has released five ballet lesson CDs from Shinshokan.
