A remix re-release of the classic album "Fixation On A Co-Worker" released in 1995 is now available from Militia inc. The year is 1995. BLOODLET's "Entheogen", EARTH CRISIS's "Destroy The Machines", and INTEGRITY's "System" were all released in 1995, a golden year for Victory Records, INTEGRITY "Systems Overload", but there is one more important album that must not be forgotten. It is DEADGUY's "Fixation On A Coworker". DEADGUY was formed in 1994 in New Brunswick, NJ by Chris Corvino aka Crispy (g | LIFETIME, RESSURECTION), Dave Rosenberg (dr | FLAGMAN, MOUTHPIECE), Keith Huckins (g | RORSCHACH), Tim Singer (vo | NO ESCAPE), and Tim Naumann aka Pops (b). Their sound was reminiscent of NO ESCAPE (with members of TURNING POINT, whose music was an impressive mix of metallic hardcore and HELMET) and the late RORSCHACH under the influence of SWANS, while at the same time incorporating the sounds of UNSANE, TODAY IS THE DAY and other Amphetto bands. DAY and other Amphetamine Reptile Records style noise rock.In other words, it is a miraculous collection that combines the middle to new school hardcore symbolized by New Age Records and Watermark Records, and the breath that comes from CITIZENS ARREST, LIFE'S BLOOD~BORN AGAINST, Vermiform, Gern, Blandsten, Power Violence, Ebullition Records, Prank Records, etc., and mutates on the stage of early Victory Records.
