Mozart, who was only 12 years old at the time, conducted the premiere at the court and received great acclaim. Haydn's \"Nelson Mass\" was named after Admiral Horatio Nelson, who distinguished himself at the Battle of the Nile, and in 1800, Nelson himself is said to have visited Esterházy Palace and heard this piece performed, thus settling on this title. Guillen recorded the Nelson Mass with the Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra of Baden-Baden in 1999, and it was apparently a favorite. Czencic, who sings the soprano part in Mozart, was a member of the Vienna Boys Choir at the time of the recording. His outstandingly beautiful voice stands out in this Mass as well.\n\nNaxos Japan\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Orfeo","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51099289878817,"sku":"4589538819583","price":20.95,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4589538819583.jpg?v=1743185516","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/en-it\/products\/4589538819583","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
