The second day of the North American tour in Philadelphia was recorded! The setlist is a rare selection of songs, and the high-octane performance with Clapton's slides is a must-see! This is a classic live recording of Derek & The Dominos, who were born and disappeared amidst the intermingling of various people at the turn of the era. This show at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia took place on October 16, 1970, about half a month before the release of "My Cousin Leila". The Dominos performed a surprisingly large number of shows during their short existence. First, they played 13 shows in the U.K. from August 1 to 22, 1970, then immediately went to the U.S. From August 23 to early September, they recorded "My Cousin Leila" at Criteria Studios in Miami, On October 15, they began their North American tour, playing 36 shows through December 6. The Philadelphia show was a bit of an odd setlist for a Derek & The Dominos show.Seven songs were performed that day, but it would be quite rare to hear "Mean Old World," which was recorded during the sessions for "My Cousin Leila" but not included on the album, but saw the light of day on the "an anthology" compilation (1972) released after Duane Allman's death, or the 1974 It would be quite rare to see Clapton perform "Motherless Children," which is recorded on his masterpiece "461 Ocean Boulevard" in 1974. In the latter, in particular, Clapton is heard playing slide, and the influence from Duane can be felt thickly. The North American tour is known for its heavy drug use, but here Clapton is in top form, and despite the length of many of the performances, his overwhelming enthusiasm keeps the listener on their toes. This is a must-listen for Clapton fans.

Tracklisting:

.Introduction
.Rambling On My Mind
.Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad
.Blues Power
.Have You Ever Loved A Woman
.Mean Old World
.Motherless Children
.Let It Rain
