Notable among the backing members is multi-instrumentalist Sigmund Snopek II (keyboards, flute, strings), who led progressive\/psychedelic bands in the late 1960s and early 1970s, played solo from the 1970s until today, and played with Milwaukee In the 1980s, he was an associate member of the Milwaukee alternative rock band \"Violent Famous\". The new album is a leap forward from the country and folk-rock style that formed the basis of the previous album, and the introduction of gorgeous keyboards with a classical flavor and strings that seem to be played by a mellotron gives the album a deeper, more progressive sound.The album also features Jay Borkenhagen (saxophone, guitar), who was a member of a psychedelic rock band in the late 1960s, and Susan and Richard Thomas (guitar, backing vocals), who continued from the previous album.
