Her recording of Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Smetacek in 1955 was long regarded as Lipatti's best-seller. However, in 1981, the recording was found to be that of Cerny-Stefanska. This recording includes the most famous performance of all.
