He studied at the Grieg Academy in Bergen and the Mozarteum in Salzburg. He began his career with the Norwegian Soloist Choir under the direction of Grete Pedersen. She expanded her activities to vocal artist and composer and was awarded the 2019 Edvard Prize.\n\n\n\nHis latest solo album, One Voices, is \"a sound world created in real time by a single, untouched voice. It was created as \"an orchestra of vocals.\" Despite the word \"one,\" the plural \"voices\" rather than \"voices\" indicates \"orchestra.\n\n\n\nStarting with \"Entrance,\" which arouses the curiosity of the listener, and ending with \"Aftermath,\" a piece for the Norwegian Soloist Choir and Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet), in which each listener chooses his or her own \"after\" path, this is a program of 10 pieces that \"do not require words.
