St. John's College Choir of Cambridge! The Choir of St. John's College Cambridge has a long history and tradition of performing in worship services since the 1670s, and is now known as one of the finest college choirs in the world. Androu Nesinga, who has created many masterpieces of church music in 20th century Europe, will conduct Poulenc's "Mass", Kodaly's "Missa Brevis" and Janacek's "Otcenas/Our Father". The Poulenc Mass, in particular, is the first new recording in about 40 years since George Guest's tenure as music director, and the male voices and trebles (boys' chorus) will surely draw a great deal of attention!
