SVEN VATH has been at the forefront of the electro music scene for 40 years, and this retrospective looks back at the early days of his career in the 80s! After being forced to stop his activities during the pandemic, SVEN VATH took the time to look back at the 80s for the first time and reassess his musical journey, which led him to start the project "WHAT I USED TO PLAY "EARLY 80s", "EBMWAVE - MID 80s", "US HOUSE - LATE 80S", "AFROBEAT", "UK-US-EURO - LATE 80S", and "BALEARIC - LATE 80S". From there, we worked with COCOON to obtain clean masters of the 40-year-old songs while clearing rights, and after two years of steady work in curation, design, and administrative fine-tuning, a "small retrospective" of beautiful memories and glory days finally saw the light of day.
