Formed in 1997 by Christian "Dr." Koch (vo/g), Robert "Bender" Braune (dr), and M. Lammert (b), this Dusseldorf heavy psych/space rock trio has been particularly prolific in recent years. The band's sound is a twisted pop sound directly related to the late 60's and early 70's psychedelic and garage music, which is in the vein of early PINK FLOYD, THE ELECTRIC PRUNES, THE SEEDS, etc., and the hammer beats and blaring sound effects derived from early KRAFTWERK/NEU! In addition, the sweet melodies with shoegaze and alternative flavors, which are not mere revisiting of the past, work well and will surely appeal to a wide range of people, including space rock/krautrock/pop fans, with its catchy and trippy sound!
