Nyov Tyson is a Los Angeles-born musician of Danish, Lebanese, and Afro-American descent. In addition to composition and bass at the California Institute of the Arts, he became interested in folk music after studying North Indian classical music. After returning to L.A., Tyson's love for Turkish music continued, and he regularly visits Turkey, where he combines Turkish folk music with his own unique saz technique. He has been playing Turkish folk music and flamenco music for over 20 years. Even today, Tyson continues to pursue his own unique fusion of Turkish folk music and flamenco. Tyson's eclecticism is sparked in this work, "TURKISH DELITE TURK LOKUMU".Originally released on cassette in 1988, it is a well-known gem that combines synthpop, reggae, hip-hop, Latin, disco-boogie, Anatolian melodies, and Saz's outstanding performance, making it truly one and only!
