One of the representative bands of the former Czechoslovakian Rock scene, formed in 1974 by Oldrich Riha (vo/g) and the late Jiri Sindelar (vo/b), and still active in live and studio productions. This is the 2nd album by KATAPULT, one of the leading bands in the former Czechoslovakian rock scene. This is a limited 180g weight vinyl analog issue. This is the band's first studio album, as their previous album "KATAPALT" was their debut album and suddenly became a live album.The sound of this album is the same simple and straightforward blues/hard rock of a pure guitar trio consisting of Oldrich, Jiri, and Anatoli Kohout (drs.), and the dead sound of the studio, which seems a little smaller than the live performance, gives the band's hard rock sound more depth and intense emotional expression. The sound of the studio is a bit smaller than that of a live performance, and the deadly acoustics of the studio, combined with the hard rock sound, may leave the depth of sound and intense emotional expression to other bands, but the impressive melody lines and guitar riffs that remain in your ears after just one listen, as evidenced by their popularity not only in their home country but also in Eastern Europe at the time, are what made them a top band. It is no exaggeration to say that it was the impressive melody line/guitar riff that made them a top band. The nostalgic colors of acoustic numbers such as 'Jsi Krehka' and 'Sel zvolna' on the last side of the old A-side are especially moving!
