First performed in 1711, it was a great success, and records show that it was performed 15 times during the season alone. The score used for this production is the \"Neapolitan version\" created by the Italian composer Leonardo Leo in response to this great success. When Grimaldi, the singer who first sang \"Rinaldo\" in London, sang it in Naples, Leo and other composers involved in the rehearsals made slight changes to the setting, added characters, etc. for the Neapolitan version, and the score itself has long been lost. This time, Ceci reconstructed the discovered \"Neapolitan version\" and Sangerti, who directed the production, changed the setting to the 1980s, resulting in a very interesting performance. Originally, the story was about the battle between Christians and Turks, but this production uses 80s pop rock and heavy metal (?) to create a more interesting setting. or not).Hughie Mercury, G.Z. Simmons, David Bowie, El Zhong, Shiloh...? All the performers were familiar to me. Among them, \"Please Let Me Cry\" by Freddie is a must-see. But at the heart of the film is a reflection on love and life. Yevorino and Remigio, who sing the main roles, give passionate performances.
