Nonesuch Records is releasing *LETX=X*, an album capturing the electrifying live performance by Laurie Anderson and her jazz band, Sex Mob, from 2023.\n\n*LETX=X* consists of 23 tracks across a 2-CD set or a 3-LP set. Joining Laurie Anderson for this magnificent live performance are an exceptionally powerful lineup featuring Steven Bernstein and Briggan Kraus (brass), Kenny Wolsen (percussion), Douglas Wieselmann (wind instruments, guitar), and Tony Shearer (bass)—an exceptionally powerful lineup. The tracks include new arrangements of many of her favorite songs that have highlighted her illustrious career, as well as a cover of “Junior Dad” by Lou Reed and Metallica. Additionally, “Let X=X”—a track from her seminal album *BIGSCIENCE* and the title track of this new release—is currently available as a lead single from the album.
