Hard—along with Beatnik poetry by Jack Kerouac, stand-up comedy by Mort Sahl, Jonathan Winters, Sherry Berman—it’s clear that Grantz expanded his scope beyond jazz by producing live comedy albums, resulting in a richly diverse collection.
