Akira Takarada received musical instruction from Akira Ifukube when he was a student at the Toho Actors Training School, and he said that this performance was his way of repaying his debt to Mr. Ifukube. Conducted by the musically talented Akira Takarada, who is also active in musicals, "Godzilla's Theme" is dynamic and gorgeous. It is a monumental recording.
