These include the most frequently performed of Vladigerov's works, the Bulgarian Rhapsody \"Vardar,\" and \"Hora Staccato,\" which Vladigerov himself arranged into an orchestral version. Wielding the baton here is his son, Aleksandr (1933-1993). He gives a superb performance to carry on the music of his great father into the future.
