Born in Paris, France during the absolute monarchy of Louis XIV, François Couperin (1668-1733) was active as an organist and clavezan player at churches in Paris and the Palace of Versailles. He will release his second album "Classic Recording" in 2021. The instrument used is a 1912 New York Steinway "CD75". This legendary instrument was loved by the master pianist Horowitz, with whom he toured the world. In addition to his activities as a soloist, concerto guest, chamber musician, and accompanist, he continues to compose music.
