S. Kuiken & La Petite Band's masterpiece on LP! The year 2024 marks the 80th anniversary of Sigiswald Kuiken's birth. In 2024, the 80th anniversary of Sigiswald Kuiken's birth, five of his masterpieces on the ACCENT label will be reissued on LP. The "DMM Cutting" (Direct Metal Mastering) method is used, in which the grooves are cut directly on the mother disc, eliminating the process of lacquering the disc, and thus good sound quality can be expected. The recording time of about 20 minutes for each side is also ideal. This is a collection of Telemann's concertos with the two master period wind players, Jean-François Madoff and Pierre-Yves Madoff, as soloists. The virtuosity of the natural trumpet and natural horns explodes, and the players' uncompromising determination to bring back to life the original performance of the compositions is a source of great admiration. The charm of the neat and flowing melodies, the brilliant and sweet solos, and the inventive developments make this a disc where you can enjoy Telemann's music to your heart's content.Please enjoy the authentic baroque sound!
