Järvi and DKAM first collaborated in 1995, and Järvi became artistic director in 2004. Over the course of nearly 30 years, they have recorded the complete symphonic works of Beethoven, Schumann, and Brahms, captivating audiences around the world with interpretations that have revolutionized the image of these works. The duo's new project is Haydn's \"London Symphonies\" (Nos. 93-104), a set of 12 symphonies that Pavo has been developing for many years. This is a recording project that Pervaud has long been eagerly awaiting, \"I want to reintroduce to the world with DKAM the wit and humor contained in Haydn's symphonies, as well as his concise and skillful orchestrations. As in the past, the staff is led by Järvi's close friend Philippe Traugott and Polyhymnia's Jean-Marie Geijsen, a golden duo. The recordings were made between Järvi and the Deutsche Kammerfilharmonie's busy concert schedule - and only after a sufficient number of performances - and will be available starting in 2019.
