At the time, Erica was in a state of mind far from happiness, so she decided to go to the Amazon to receive ayahuasca (a hallucinogenic Amazonian plant) therapy. Although it was a terrifying idea, she felt that something inside her needed to change dramatically. As a result, this trip allowed Erica to break free of her self-doubt and open a new door.The bright and optimistic \"Letting Go\" expresses his experiences on that trip.
