Lachenmann, who mastered all kinds of special techniques, developed a unique world of music concretization with live instruments. However, the label \"Lachenmann = special technique\" alone does not give a deep appreciation of this composer. In fact, from around the 1970s, Lachenmann began to write music based on new compositional principles while keeping the special technique in general, and some of his sounds are more emotional than expected, which is surprising. Pianist Sachiko Sugawara is Lachenmann's wife, and \"Selinade\" was written for her. A chord is struck with a powerful roar, then a rest breaks off the resonance, and at the same time, some notes are extended by the pedal to create a different sound. The middle part, where a single dissonant note is played over and over again (like Beethoven's 31st?), is a terrific and uncanny experience. Got Lost\" is sung with superb technique in a variety of pronunciations and broken words, and is quite powerful with a wide range of intensity and weakness. In 2016, the members of this CD gave the first performance in Japan. The String Trio is performed by members of the Ensemble Recherche, a renowned contemporary music group.
