The concert in Charlotte, North Carolina on August 12 of the same year was recorded and broadcast as a TV\/FM program on PBS (in the U.S.), and this live album uses the recordings from that broadcast.The set list for this tour did not include songs from the new album, but focused on Steely Dan songs from the 1970s, and this live album captures the entire concert, including the encores (the last song, 'Last Tango In Paris', fades out with only the band playing).
