Keat Gart. These two talented Argentine players, each of whom has recorded many masterpieces and whose individual performances have enlivened the ancient music scene of the 21st century, have joined hands to create a songbook-like album that concentrates the appeal of the country's music scene, which has been colored by tango and folklore. Mariana Flores, who released a dowland album a few years ago with Hopkinson Smith, the great string repellent player, and NAIVE, is still fresh in our minds, while Keat Gart is well known for her albums with La Chimera, an elite group of tango and traditional music musicians who move between the two without boundaries, on the excellent recording label MA Recordings. The encounter of these two musicians in such a genre-crossing album is a perfect project. In addition to \"Alfonsina and the Sea,\" which is popular among classical and antique musicians, the selected numbers are all unforgettable songs with a great lightness and an inexpressible melancholy. Romain Lecuyer's wood bass added a pleasant bass swelling to the songs, while Gart's repellent strings played a variety of instruments in vivid shades, creating an exhilarating sound that stirred the audience's yearning for the world of South America. Flores' voice, with its deep Latin sentiment in its radiance, is endlessly beautiful and full of flavor. We hope you will enjoy to your heart's content.
