The only album by another project, Shifted Phases, released in 2002 just after the sudden death of the late James Stinson, is finally being reissued for the first time in 20 years! Artwork by Matthew Angelo Harrison, a contemporary Detroit artist! The original pressing is a die-cut sleeve with an information sheet, but the original copy sold for tens of thousands of dollars. Focusing on the cosmic realm, "Solar Wind," "White Dwarf," and "Lonely Journey of the Comet Bopp" are linked to the story of DREXCIYA, a messenger from the deep sea who eventually travels to the galaxy, and are released at the same time as DREXCIYA " The world of DREXCIYA "GRAVA 4" is also parallel to the story of DREXCIYA's "GRAVA 4". This 3LP reissue also includes "Crossing Of The Sun-Ra Nebula" and "Alien Vessel Distress Call," which were only included on the original CD version.
