Christian Järvi, who has held posts such as music director of the Absolute Ensemble, which he founded, and principal conductor of the Norrland Opera Symphony Orchestra (Sweden), currently serves as both principal conductor and music director of the prestigious Tonküssler Orchestra in Austria, demonstrating the rapid pace of evolution of the orchestra to the world.Christian Järvi has a world-class reputation and achievement surpassing that of his father Nehme and brother Pävo, especially in the performance and interpretation of modern and contemporary works and large-ensemble works.
