Although Leiter completed this piece, he never published it (thus, no tempo setting was given), and it was finally premiered by the Hungarian National Symphony Orchestra in 1988, after his death. Recorded in Hungary in 1995 by the Pécs Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Nicolas Pasquet.
