Description:

[DISCO FEVER 40" 1st release (2)] "DISCO FEVER 40" campaign commemorates the 40th anniversary of the movie "Saturday Night Fever" in Japan. For the first release, 50 albums from the 70's and early 80's will be reissued all at once! Singer/saxophonist Jimmy Caster made his debut in the late 60's and had a lot of funk hits in the 70's. This album contains every part of his songs. This album includes "It's Just Begun," which has been sampled in every part of the song and is famous as a rare groove - break anthem. The song was used in the breakdance scene of the movie "Flash Dance" and made an impact. Troglodytes (Cave Man)" reached No. 6 in the United States. The album is dominated by rough, masculine street funk. (1972) ●New liner notes/no bilingual lyrics ●First CD release in Japan ●Purchase privilege measures are available (application lottery present) *Limited shipping until the end of December 2019.
