Fabiano do Nascimento is a Brazilian-born guitarist currently living and working in LA, who most recently collaborated with Sam Gendell. Daniel Santiago is regarded as one of the best Brazilian guitarists in the contemporary jazz world, and is known for his releases on Kurt Rosenwinkel's Heartcore label. Both artists, while internalizing the roots of Brazilian music, continue to create with a spirit of experimentation that transcends national borders and genres. This album by these two longtime friends and collaborators was recorded in Daniel's hometown of Brasilia.Unlike the collaboration on Fabiano's 2023 work \"Das Nuvens,\" this work magically resonates with a wide variety of musical expressions and tones, backed by the rich technique and background of both guitarists.
