Sergio Merce, born in 1973, is a saxophonist and sound artist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has released two solo albums on the Hitorri label, "Traslasierra (expanded landscape)" in April 2023 and "Amplified Resonances" in December of the same year. This album is the follow-up to these two solo albums. This is the third solo album from Hitorri, following "Traslasierra (expanded landscape)" in April 2023 and "Amplified Resonances" in December 2023. This CD contains two tracks recorded between December 2023 and March 2024. The first is a well-composed 30-minute piece using wind synthesizers, virtual instruments, synthesizers, and field recordings; the second is a solo piece using the Glissotar, a new wind instrument that has emerged in recent years (along with wind synthesizers and electronics).
