The two artists edited together ambient sounds, noise, and people’s voices—recorded in Austria and France—in the studio to create new music that captures the unique character of each city. Koberidze’s *MurMur* fuses the pleasant resonance and warmth unique to acoustic instruments with electronic music, while Winterauer’s *When Dust Settles* uses sounds from construction sites and voices to express the changing face of the city. Both works allow listeners to experience the ever-changing nature of cities through sound.
