The long-awaited analog version of "Ken-chan's Piano Sketches," an all-piano instrumental original album released on January 13, 2017, Kenji Endo's 70th birthday! The album contains 12 gems of melodies spun out in solitude, facing the piano alone, overturning the conventional notion that Enken = guitar. In response to many requests, the long-awaited analog version is now available. Of course, the LP also features the score scored by "Otomo Yoshihide," a close friend of Enken's who was in charge of music for the NHK drama "Amachan" and the band members. Enken's piano solo is really, really wonderful, and the hundreds of hard, strong strings of the piano are soft and warm like a living creature, and the "ki-n" sounds touch each other, sometimes they snuggle up for a nap, sometimes they are in love, sometimes they have a one-sided love, and sometimes they are in love. It was really wonderful, and it was the best time for me to draw such sounds on the paper.
