Huey Lewis & The News were one of the most popular rock bands in the American music scene in the 1980s. Their latest album, released last year, reached No. 7 on the U.S. charts and showed their presence as a representative of American rock music. This is the 8th studio album "PLAN B" released in 2001! Since their debut in 1980, the band has had two #1 albums on the U.S. album charts and numerous hit singles, including "The Power Of Love," "Stuck With You," and three No. 1 singles, "Jacob's Ladder. In 2018, Huey Lewis suffered a hearing impairment due to Meniere's disease, and the band cancelled their scheduled tour. However, in 2020, the band released their latest original studio album "WEATHER", their first album in 19 years, which debuted at No. 7 on the U.S. National Charts, and once again made their presence felt on the scene. The re-released albums are the two albums they have released since 2000. The two albums to be re-released this time are "PLAN B," their eighth album released in 2001, and "SOULSVILLE," their ninth album released in 2010, which features covers of songs from Stax Records, a renowned Memphis soul label.
