Although both excellent musicians recognized each other, they had never had the opportunity to meet, but in July 2015, Jamaican and Norwegian musicians of different genres decided to perform together at a festival in France. After a heartfelt performance there, the group toured together in 2016 and recorded this album in Oslo with the songs that emerged from the tour. The dark ambient and chaotic world created by Morvel's muted trumpet, combined with the ultra-technical rhythms, gives the album a strong techno and psychedelic feel.
