The images are extremely singular and impactful, but when heard in sound, the balance and skillful singing are superb. Zipari's smooth voice as the main character Manric perfectly matches the soft sound of the French language, and Mantegna's steady coloratura technique in the role of Leonor is also superb. Sulgrase's unique expression as Azucena also enhances the story. The ballet music inserted in the third act is also worth listening to. The well-tempo music, conducted by Roberto Abbado, nephew of Claudio Abbado, fully expresses the love-hate story woven between the people.
