Rare live archives of the Fases at the height of their popularity in the 1970s British rock scene, led by super vocalist Rod Stewart, are now available on CD! The Fases' 1971 album "A Nod Is As Good As A Wink..." is considered to be one of their best-known works. Two years after the release of "To A Blind Horse", "Ooh La La" became an even bigger hit than the previous album, reaching number one in the UK album charts. The first day of the tour, a concert at the Paris Theater in London on February 8, was recorded and broadcast as a BBC Radio special program to promote the tour. This live album is based on the soundtrack of the broadcast and captures the concert in its entirety. Ooh La La" was produced mainly by bassist Ronnie Lane, with frontman Rod Stewart concentrating on his solo album, and Ronnie Lane left the band after the tour.Therefore, this live album is a rare archive of a full concert by the five original members, and is a wonderful reminder of the original Faces' appeal!
