She is known for her outstanding performance skills and for being the first woman in the Scandinavian countries to hold the position of regular organist of a cathedral. This album contains her \"Symphony No. 1\" and \"Hrychev\" Suite, both of which were premiered in 1869. Symphony No. 1 was an early work and she herself did not appreciate it very much, but audiences and critics responded favorably to it. The \"Hrychoff Suite\" is a suite of five pieces based on her only opera, \"The Myth of Hrychoff,\" an epic poem by the poet Esaias Tengnær. The epic is so famous that almost every child in Sweden knows it, but the opera itself was never published and rarely performed. André later arranged it into a suite of five movements, which he conducted and premiered in 1909. The suite has a solemn prelude, the melancholy \"Ingeborg's Lament,\" the profound \"Ode to King Ring,\" the yearning \"Hrychev's Romance,\" and finally the dramatic \"Hrychev's Seaway\" are placed.\n\nNaxos Japan\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Cpo","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51105745436961,"sku":"4589538820640","price":126.0,"currency_code":"BRL","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4589538820640.jpg?v=1743422216","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/en-br\/products\/4589538820640","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
