The works on this disc were composed between 1877 and 2005, and will allow the audience to experience anew the rich creativity of these composers, who during the Soviet era were recognized as \"Russians\" in their own right.\n\nMargaret Fingerhut, who will perform, is a pianist with a grandfather of Ukrainian origin, and currently lives and works mainly in London.
