The band is a 80s AOR\/melodic rock\/synth-pop band with a young legend PATRICK RONDAT, keyboardist STEPHAN KURTEN, drummer CHARLY TORINO (HERMANN FRANK is partly credited), and others. This is the only album of 80s AOR\/Melodic Rock\/Synth Pop band THE ELEMENT in 1985.\n\n\n\nThe middle tune \"TIME\" with RAPHAEL's French accented high tone vocals, \"THE ELEMENT\" with 80's European high tech AOR popness, \"WOMAN\" with too softly spoken vocals and too effective wind \u0026amp; strings, \"HOT CONNECTION\" with enough guitar solo by PATRICK RONDAT on the outro, \"HOT CONNECTION\" with presence keyboards and robotic female voice, and \"WOMAN\" with its beautiful melodic melody and melancholy melody. WOMAN\", \"HOT CONNECTION\" with PATRICK RONDAT's guitar solo in the outro, \"BERLIN (AFFENGEILE STADT)\", a synthsized hard FM driving track with a strong presence of keyboards and robo-voiced female voice, and \"BERLIN (AFFENGEILE STADT)\", a synth-pop explosion of the keyboard and drum era.
