The idea was to fuse the doomsday-type ideas and worldviews contained in such works as \"Devil Man,\" \"The Devil King Dante,\" and \"Gakuen Boredom Man\" with LIP CREAM's musical style. The cover artwork, with its \"giant octopus swallowing the earth whole\" and outer space-inspired color scheme, was all the brainchild of MINORU, and the airbrush artwork, which was rare at the time, was created by illustrator KOHNO SHINJI. The title logo, LIP CREAM's handwritten logo, the overall layout arrangement, and the design of the label side continue to be handled by JHAJHA.\n\nRecording took place at Shinjuku JAM Studio on December 21, 22, and 23, 1987 and January 10, 1988.\n\nThe intensity of the music and JHAJHA's unique choice of words and lyrics create a strong sense of tension.\n\nOf course, the lyric card comes with an English translation.
