The theme of the album is the intimate grief of dealing with the loss of a father, with powerful lyrics and gentle harmonies layered over a sound based on folk guitar and banjo. Depicting his own life from childhood to adulthood, this work explores change, the depth of relationships, and the discovery of peace, and is both a tribute to his father and a hymn to nature. Production began during the recording of the 2012 album \"Sparrow\" and continued after his return to his family home in southern New Jersey in 2018. Working with sister and collaborator Meg Baird, the songs were carefully nurtured into a delicate mix of melancholy and rediscovery of joy, a work that represents Laura at her most spontaneous expression.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Ba Da Bing!","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":52002186690849,"sku":"600197024423","price":81.0,"currency_code":"AED","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/600197024423.jpg?v=1763039973","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/en-ae\/products\/600197024423","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
