The complete live concert at the Théâtre Olympique in Paris on April 13, 1965, the last day of Motown Records' European tour, featuring all the label's top stars, is finally released in a 2-CD set! The Shoepreams, who were flying high with one No.1 single after another, the Miracles, the signature group led by Smokey Robinson, the young Stevie Wonder, who was finally beginning to show his real talent, and the No.1 girl trio, Martha & The Vandellas, all performed live at the Theatre Olympia in Paris on April 13, 1965, in their entirety. The legendary night with Earl Van Dyke's rhythm & horn section (The Funk Brothers) is now completely restored. This release contains the full concert of 31 tracks, including 12 previously unreleased tracks, not including the original LP (released in November '65) and rare tracks scattered on various compilations. This is a historical document of Motown R&B/Soul, which became a major force to rival the Beatles in 1965.
