He studied under Zakhar Bron at the Queen Sofia University of Music in Madrid, and has also studied in Hanover, Leipzig, and Stuttgart under Korya Lessing, Ingolf Thuban, and Hat Bayerle. He is an accomplished Iberian Peninsula violinist with a strong presence in the Spanish violin world, not only as a soloist but also as the first violinist of the Iturriaga String Quartet (Arriaga String Quartet).
