By adding small glass-fronted rooms on both sides to the main stage in the center, and by introducing a mysterious lady and an old woman, Martaler succeeded in bringing out the raw critical spirit from this story, which sometimes gives an abrupt impression, and made us realize that \"The Macropulos Affair\" is a work that sharply confronts us with a problem.
