Began playing the violin at age 7. Has won numerous domestic competitions. After attending the Music Department of Toho Girls’ High School (coeducational), she entered Toho Gakuen University on a full scholarship and graduated at the top of her class. She performed at the Reiwa 4 Music University Graduates’ Recital (Touka Hall, Imperial Palace East Garden). She has studied violin under Ami Watanabe, Asako Iwasawa, and Fumio Tokunaga. Starting in 2025, she will organize “Yumou,” a decennial recital series held once a year, presenting concerts characterized by originality.\n\n● Ui Kajiwara (Piano)\nBorn in Fukuoka City. Won second place at the 65th and 73rd All-Japan Student Music Competitions (Kitakyushu Regional) and was selected for the national finals. Won first place at the 7th Up-and-Coming Musicians Competition. Received the top prize at the 3rd Amadeus International Piano Competition held in Italy. Graduated from the School of Music at Toho Gakuen University. While a student, she performed in the Student Concert featuring top-performing students, the 109th Toho Chamber Music Concert, the Kawai Omotesando Lunchtime Concert, and the Piano Department Graduation Recital. She was a Munetsugu Angel Fund scholarship recipient for the 2023 and 2024 academic years.
