This is a collection of studio versions of "Revolver," the Beatles' masterpiece album released in August 1966, which utilized advanced recording techniques such as reverse rotation and looping, and also broke new ground in the lyrics due to the influence of the drug culture of the time. Under their leadership, pop music was transformed into rock. This is a collection of different versions of the classic album and the making of the album. The first song on the album, "Taxman" by George, is a funky rock song with a sarcastic commentary on the British tax system, but it is also available in a French Mono mix without the mysterious opening sound effects and an acetate mix without Paul's guitar solo at the end of the song. I'm Only Sleeping," which features John's languid vocals, is available in both MONO and STEREO from the original U.S. source, which features a different reverse guitar phrase. The beautiful "Here, There And Everywhere" by Paul, which John also praised, includes a rare overdubbed recording of the song. She Said She Said" is a home demo by John alone. And Your Bird Can Sing" is a version of an early arrangement with a sparkling 12-string electric guitar like The Byrds. There is also a take without John & Paul's laughter like on "Anthology" and an acetate mix with the last twin guitar playing a mistone. Doctor Robert" is a mono mix with John saying "OK, Fab" at the end.The core of the album, "Tomorrow Never Knows," a song that revolutionized rock music, features an intense tripping sound that makes full use of tape loops, but only the first pressing of the UK MONO version includes the phantom "Matrix 1 Mix," which was shipped by mistake.
