Description:

This is a collection of works by Arnold Cook, a British composer who studied under Hindemith in Berlin. He left many works for oboe, including concertos, and all of his chamber works are included here. The Sonata for two pianos is a very rewarding work, combining the lyricism of a modern English work with Hindemith's modern sensibility. Naxos Japan
