Description:

A collection of chamber music works by London-born composer Stephen Dodgson. This fifth collection is a collection of works primarily for woodwinds, and is the second album in this configuration, following the first (TOCC-453). The album features a rich variety of works, including a duet with the unusual combination of horn and harp, "Beermann's Treasure," in which Weber's melody develops freely, and "Quintet for Woodwind and Piano," which combines Poulenc's stylishness with Baroque-style neatness and dense composition.
